Terms & Conditions

COMPANY POLICY

PAYMENT

Credit or Debit Card Payments are processed through the secure server WorldPay.

Payments may also be made directly through PayPal.

DELIVERY

When packed, orders are sent out via Royal Mail 1st Class Delivery

If the order is large, consisting of many items,  it might be sent out via our local Courier.

DELIERY TIME

Our range is exclusive and not mass-produced.   Our garments are made in the UK and processed on a “Made to Order” basis.

It is therefore necessary to allow for this in the delivery time. 

Due to the nature of our business, customers should allow between 7 and 21 days for dispatch because it is dependent upon our workload at the given time. ....HOWEVER if this poses a problem for you and YOU NEED YOUR ITEMS SOONER, please contact us with your deadline date and we shall do our absolute best to meet your delivery requirements.

TERMS FOR RETURNS

Goods from the standard range, if found to be unsuitable should be returned in the original condition within seven working days for an exchange or refund.

Postage and Packaging is not refundable.

For understandable reasons, "bespoke" items are not refundable, but we will carry out any amendments to meet the Customer’s satisfaction.

Reduced Price items can only be exchanged for other items or a Credit Note.

However these rules do not affect the Customer’s Statutory Rights under the Distance Selling whereby faulty goods can be exchanged or refunded.
